We offer a 10-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and require proof of purchase. To request a return, email elevnhaze@gmail.com; accepted returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Report damaged or incorrect items immediately. For exchanges, return the item first and place a new order once approved

We ship orders through Shiprocket, and dispatch begins only after the ₹199 advance shipping fee is paid. All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 hours, except those placed late on weekends or holidays. Delivery typically takes 4–5 business days, depending on courier speed and external factors. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order. For COD orders, the remaining amount is paid to the courier at delivery.
